If the gearbox number is G28/13 1J..., this is a no factory LSD. G28/13 2J... is with factory LSD.

This is not a valid VIN.
A Euro 1989 S4, CS or GT should start with wp0zzz92zks84 followed by the four digits of the actual serial number, 0061 beeing the first production car.
