Thank you Rob. Do you know what the C03 - California market entailed? I'm assuming stricter emissions? Did these cars have a different style of catalytic converters?
There are no part numbers that are different between 49 state and California emissions market cars, other than the different stickers on the underside of the hood. There is technically a difference in the way that one of the vacuum lines attaches to the underside of the intake plenum in C02 vs. C03 market cars, which affects how the diverter valve downstream of the air pump operates. Not sure how much of a difference it makes in practice.

By '95 the only blue dash and center console color was cobalt blue, and depending on whether the seats were leather front and rear, or only leather front, or had the Porsche script cloth, the interior color code would have been PL, WH, or JP, respectively. This data comes from Porsche's 1992 interior colors handbook but I think it was still accurate for 1995.
There should be a sticker on the floor of the rear cargo area that will have the two-letter interior color code on it, it should be one of the three codes I listed above.

Since I need to change the dash, when going to Rose Passion site, they offer two alternatives: Imitation Leather, and Leather.
My dash looks fully in plastic, I don't see any stitchings, I wonder if this corresponds to the "Imitation Leather" description".

There are two nearly identical stickers for your car. One is under the carpet, over the fuel tank while the other is into the warranty booklet.
The interior two letters code is next to the paint code.
Here's the options sticker from a 1993 GTS with a Cobalt / light gray interior, the color code is PL. (And the L998 is the exterior paint color code, in this case a paint-to-sample color)
This is a German market car. All 1986 cars (EXCEPT the first 877 US market cars, S/N range 0061-0937) are actually '1986.5' spec, in that they incorporate the S4 suspension and brake changes. That's a slightly confusing sentence, hopefully it makes sense.
