Sure, you can order a Technical Certificate for $500, or a Porsche Production Specification (AKA Certificate of Authenticity) that doesn't include the engine or transmission serial number for $120ish. The Technical Cert requires an in-person inspection at one of the dealers that is a Porsche Classic center, which allows them to check the drivetrain serial #s in person.
