Not much info on this one-

92A0821311
1980
C00 - German market
000000 - No engine code, but should be an M28.11 serial # range 820 0001>1000
G00000- No transmission model type specified, but should be a G28.05, serial # range 11 05001>09999

M197 - 88Ah battery

That's the only option listed. Depending on the interior materials you have the lightest Euro S one could have.

So m28/11 engine and G28/05 gearbox, certainly.

I'm also curious to see pictures of the car.
A base 1981 French S should be without sunroof and right mirror but with side stripes.
Do you have any document in French?
No, I have the German manual...I was told it has the Competition package. There is a sunroof and I did not find a sticker, m28/11 engine, not sure on gearbox

Please take a picture of the front plate.

This will tell us if this is a French delivered 928, or not

Whoever said that it was a "competition package" was wrong.

That was a US only option, mostly cosmetic, that mimicked the look of the Euro S.

That is a Euro S.

Fender turn signals (behind the wheel), cheap add on corner markers, rear fog, headlight adjuster **** (next to the handbrake), K-Jet motor, no rear 'bumperettes".

If it was French delivered, it would have come with yellow fog and driving lights. Those may or may not have been changed when it was brought into the US. (are you in the US? Can't read the state on the plate)

And there won't be a "sticker" on the motor. It's stamped into the top of the block, front left.

The sticker will be under the carpet in back (if it's still there). It will list the VIN, along with the motor type, trans type and option codes.
