Default Thank you Andy

I'd like to thank Andy Kay again for making me realize I don't know how to clean a car

I thought the 928 was clean till he went over it with a clay bar that turned brownish black from all of the debris removed then hit it with the buffer.

I'm now a definite fan of Griot's products as well.

He also did his magic on my 911. The reflection off of the hood is amazing.

Andy is the best and a great guy. He got me started on the Griots products now I'm right in the middle of the wife's car and mine. It's beginning to be a welcomed sickness.

P.S. sweet 928 and a stunning 997! You have good taste.

Jim, I'm a griots junkie also! I had clayed the 89 just before I sold it back in June. Shows how "dirty" these cars can get so quickly. Car looks great!

Andy does fantastic work and I recommend him to anyone who wants a top notch job. He's done mine and many customers cars over the past couple years.

Had Griots products for years, but really didn't use them much until I saw Andy's demonstration at the 2012 928 International Owners Convention. He made the whole process simple and easy to understand, and the results were outstanding.

It made a big difference in prepping the 928 for Concours earlier this year.

Y'all are too kind, it's really all about the Griot's orbital. However, it's become my passion to detail these beautiful automobiles. I guess you could say Griot's and Porsche have a lot in common ... there is no substitute!

Randy--

The tools and such are here next time you want to drop by.

Mark A has a pretty good detailer that did some magic to Rob's GT before it went east, if you don't want to do it yourself.

We should probably have an appearance clinic here soon (before the end of June...) before it gets too warm to play outside in the driveway.

Meguire's is in OC, they do a regular schedule of free classes.

HF has a pretty decent DA around $50 that is almost a clone of the Griots.

Best advice, learn on a POS or hood/fender from a junk car.

Andy is THE MAN! I have seen his work first hand and it is amazing! Not to mention he is just a super cool guy!

LOVE the black 997 TT btw! One of the only Porsche I would actually give up a 928 GTS for! I wouldn't even get rid of a GTS to have a 996TT, but that is a close one. I'd be hard pressed to give up an S/C'ed GTS for ANYTHING Porsche even makes... (ok, CGT and 918 exempted from this argument)

Quick Reply: Thank you Andy
