Pretty sure that is a real GTS back end - the reflector is recessed as it should be... Agree its a pretty stupid thing to pretend its almost a GTS... its far from that.

But otherwise... we have seen much worse examples!

Yes, my mistake as earliest known 89 GT started with VIN ending in 1107 and this one ends in 0270 so it's a S4 Manual. But then again this **** won't even know that.

Nothing wrong with a car flipper , are't new car dealers , used car dealers , or private party sellers all,car flippers.. Now an uneducated car flipper is a something totally different.....

From the perspective of our community of owners they are parasites with no positive characteristics, with few exceptions. A handful of resellers know the car well, find good examples, and make them ready and known to buyers who can afford the service and lack the time to do it themselves.

I saw that the finish on the intake looked a bit different, but didn't pick up it was rattle can. So, it might actually look a lot worse in person. And I missed the intake tube reversal as well. Scratch the "unmolested" engine compartment, although I see a number components still there that are often missing, and that provoked the comment originally.

HOLY FRIJOLES! One of my guys just called on this car and the price he is expecting is...ummm...shall we say stellar? Two to two and a half times what I consider the current value to be. I hope he gets it but I also hope he's not holding his breath. Discussing the potential value with everything repaired and properly taken care of with good representation my estimated value was still $5k less than what he wants as is.

Maybe 928 values have jumped considerably in the last week and I was caught unaware...
