Simple - ship to a friend in Canada or Europe - wait 6 years and bring into the USA with zero issues

Curious to know why only Japan has so many of these cool fringe colored cars. Was it because the Japanese buyers ordered there 928's instead of dealers loading stocking there lots with the usual colors ? re" black, red, & white? T

we see many Japanese 928s here.......they look very good on the outside but warning, they spend much of their life over their stuck in traffic heat soaked causing numerous brittle rubber issues special in and around the intake.
We also see quite a few RHD cars here from Japan.....weird on this side of the road

I feel I am well qualified as I already have one Japanese 928...

Interesting that here is another 1994 with CupI's. Since there was no M718 code for the ROW and Japanese market why do these cars have CupI's instead of CupII's?
Also what are those ugly stickers on the inside drivers door?

M482 - Tire Pressure Monitoring was used from 89 to 93 on ROW cars. M482 started in the USA in 90 to 93.
Some early 94 cars came with M482 and Cup 1 wheels - maybe this car is an early 94.

I though only the first 20 or so US models came with CupI's since they were technically 1993's with vin code changes to make them 94's. I don't believe this applied to ROW or Japanese market.

Why would the same logic not apply to ROW cars - makes sense.
Same Cup 1's with Cup II's coming in 94. Just trying to give a reason for Cup 1's.
If I had the complete VIN I could tell you for sure.

I was told that the M718 vin change was specific to US models only. So that is why I was asking.
