Joe:
That looks a whole lot better than it did propped up against my garage wall (partially visible in my avatar behind some cardboard pieces). For those following along, I bought this hood years ago planning to replace my original hood because of a small ding and some deep scratches I had put in it. Mark Anderson found it for me and it was essentially perfect. The only difference was it was a 90 instead of 89 which differs slightly in terms of the light (I see Joe removed it probably to allow easier buffing). Anyway, when I saw Joe's accident report and call for a hood, I knew the one I had was destined for his car. The chances of him finding another spare 1990 white hood as nice as his car deserved any time soon were negligible, and my car at 262K miles has tolerated several more dents since, becoming part of its character. So, I offered it to Joe. Yes, I knew shipping was going to be an issue. I seemed to remember that it fit in the back of my car and that was how I got it home originally. So, that's how I got it to Joe, leaving home at 5:30am, delivering at noon and back home before 7, around 800 miles, Joe covering the gas.
Looks terrific.

What other car community has this? I still remember meeting bill in the middle of, I think, no where, for seats.
