Tried calling that seller a couple weeks ago, never got an answer.

There used to be pictures with the listing. It was silver, and dont recall it having rubstrips.

Ah, a clue as to why it is so cheap might be the headers. Modified exhaust systems won't pass smog in CA and to sell a car here you have to have a recent smog certificate. You could probably get away with buying it and taking it out of state to register it.

Not happening here... our crack DMV employees are here to ensure that you don't get anything registered without passing an almost incomprehensible maze of rules and regulations that changes depending on who you ask. Not that I (or anyone I know) has ever had trouble with the CA DMV... :-P

Of course, having said that, I'd buy it in a heartbeat if I wasn't moving and deal with the headaches.

headers are a NO GO in Cali.............will never pass smog.....bummer.....

While it sounds like a great deal, I keep thinking of the "Cheap" 928's that cost $2k but need another $15k to make a $8k car...

SOLD........................................... Nice owner....very honest....I will pick it up next week!!!!

Sean and I are splitting it.......it looks so nice we will restore it to running status as a fun street car...we shall see once we get it in person..... A full tune up, new radiator (have one) plus a few other things the owner mentioned and it should be solid..... fingers crossed it has an LSD!!!!
