Default Red Strosek Ultra

Found this nice picture of a red Strosek Ultra online. It looks very similar to my wifes red car. This is the last 928 wide body development by Strosek Auto Design and the car has everything except the gullwing doors.

Stunning, would love to see one in person for a better evaluation of the panel fitment. Any pics of the wife's ride?

At 3.19 into this video you can see us arriving at a recent sports car meet here in Sweden. First is Tomas in his red 928 DP followed by yours truly in my wifes ride, the red Strosek Ultra. The spectacular big black smoking car is the Roaring Dragon having a Caproni 27 liter V12 bomber aircraft engine from WWII. Many nice looking cars on display.

Check out the higher position of the rear wing and the home made stainless steel roof antenna.

Ake,

Is it true in Sweden that if you get caught speeding you lose your pension rights [ha ha]?

Maybe I am confused with Switzerland

Fred, you may lose your license if you go too fast. I have not been caught since 1973 and I usually go faster than ever and it will be even faster when my 7L engine is completed. The authorities has put out many stationary sheet metal police officers equipped with camera alongside the roads in order to save money keeping the ordinary officers in the station idling with a cup of coffee. When you are passing a metal officer you better make sure you are within speed limit, between the metal officers the only limit is how much you are able to open the throttle.
By the way I got caught speeding on the German Autobahn, where it is supposed to be no limit, a number of years ago. The German police officer only wanted the money, he never checked my driver license nor taking down the registration, probably because I was a foreigner.
In Schwitzerland the police suppose to be bad of what I heard.

Nice looker.., however I feel that the curve of the rear fender, looks a bit awkward, and not totally in balance with the rest of the car ?

AFAIK Strosek will still make and sell parts of their 928 kit.
