Overall I'd have to say I think its a hideous result. However there are some things that needed to be tried out and he tried a lot - so kudos for that.

The idea of camera mirrors is interesting as well as a reversing camera. Some of the execution is good. Considering the extent of what was done the body & paint look great. The transparent hood insert is well done - but the hood bump is really ugly. I could well do without those engine swap/mods - though it sure looks interesting - to me that is just a huge backwards step though.

The shark gills were an interesting idea considering the nickname - but also for me they don't work - too bulbous by far.

I hate the interior door trim - to me that didn't need much work - and ended up looking totally botched.

The interior finishes generally are far too busy - just too many colors & textures clashing (the light wood is totally out of place with the rest, and contrasts badly, carbon fibre would have been much better IMO). I also dislike the shaved doors - to me that is just silly and far too impractical. The steering wheel looks like belongs in a retro US muscle car... The A-pillar gauges are ugly as usual - why can't anyone make nice low profile ones for low profile electric gauges..?

What do I like - I really like the gas flap - excellent! I also like the concept/shape of the add on console top area - though execution of the interface here is poor. I like the seats in contrasting colors, I find I quite like the look of the rear 3/4 panels in that suede look (surprised myself). Nice wheels, nice painted wing, I like the single big exhaust (one each side would be better still!).

The Jager regional rep had a very good year that year.

If you don't like this one, maybe you'll like the other 928 he has/had.

If you're going to completely butcher a car up, start with a Fiero! Spare the 928.

The yellow 928 at least makes a clear statement .... the Gill version seems confused

There's only one place that fuel filler belongs on a 928- in the middle of the rear quarter window.

You won't be saying that when you spill fuel on the Lexan :0

Pretty nice double-DIN implementation ... the rest?
It's unnaturally aspirated.
