Default 86.5 4 sale

Sorry to hear your selling, I remember this car, didn't you buy from Braman in Miami? I remember the e-bay listing well. A great car, with great color/ interior combo, low miles, and nice wheels. Wish I could afford to buy another!

Yes she's the one and the same... But now she's been sorted pretty thoroughly with a few more miles Interior looks better now than it did then (had the driver's side bolster professionally repaired) and gave it a thorough cleaning & conditioning... I've worked on the car with all intentions of keeping her but kids are going to college, too many damn bills, etc, and crap starts piling up really fast. My boat in my signature block is for sale as well...

Steven, Thanks! I've had a couple of bites (pun intended) but nothing serious.

By the way... for those paying attention. The steering rack has developed a "notchy" feel just off top dead center and the right wheel has a slightly bent outside rim. Accordingly, I've dropped the price to $14K. Please don't ask if I'll go lower - the answer will be "No".

Thanks!

Bump! I've got two serious prospective buyers but she isn't SOLD yet... Contact me if you'd like more information, close up pictures, maintenance & repair records, etc. I'll show you all the good (lots of that) and the bad, even though there really isn't anything on the car this forum would consider as "bad"...

SOLD! The new owner is picking her up on Oct 5th! Gonna be kind of a sad day, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do... The good part is she is going to a Porsche enthusiast who is just discovering the beauty of 928s! He's done his homework and is starting off right with a 86.5 Great White!! He'll take good care of her!

Congrats Joel. I'm sure it will be a sad day.

The new owner is getting a hell of a 928!

You'll be missed at Frenzy.

You had a beauty... Now he does! Great job with handing this off to an enthusiast. Sorry you had to part with it.

Love a white 928!

glad you were able to move it Joel, and I look forward to when you can get back into the fold. Tell the new guy about this forum.

Guys, Thanks for all the support. I've told the new owner the 928 guys are the absolute BEST and go out of their way to help out other 928ers. He's pretty stoked about that! He knows about the forum - its how he found the car. Gotta love RennList

Thanks again!
