Last time I bought a new one (Feb 2012), 928 116 013 28 was still available new, about $250.

I would be careful about resurfacing a 928 flywheel ( especially the single disc version)
They seem to have a tendency to cup and that will only get worse once thinner

I had my 90 GT clutch relined with kevlar. It works fantastic. Hook up is great. Mark is right about flywheel, though. Be careful, they are very thin to begin with.
