had a flywheel resurfaced for the clutch on a 944 Turbo, but not the clutch itself.

Last time I bought a new one (Feb 2012), 928 116 013 28 was still available new, about $250.

I would be careful about resurfacing a 928 flywheel ( especially the single disc version)
They seem to have a tendency to cup and that will only get worse once thinner

I had my 90 GT clutch relined with kevlar. It works fantastic. Hook up is great. Mark is right about flywheel, though. Be careful, they are very thin to begin with.

Had the lining done HERE

Very reasonable and they did it while I waited... Of course I live near by.
