Take the new pump out and put it on the table/bench. Identify every bolt hole, and check the corresponding hole in the still-mounted pump to make sure that all the bolts are out.
If you do find that, without question, all the bolts are out of the old pump, it's OK to use a big lever to pop the pump off the block. Be aware that you MAY NOT jam tools into the gasket space to pry. It wil trash the sealing surface and you will have trouble keepin the new pump sealed there. Instead, look at the top of the pump where the casting forms a bridge for the front engine lift bracket and plug wire support, at least on the later cars.

I'm assuming that you are working on a 928, and have no idea what year your car might be. Spend a minute in the "User CP" area to add that info to your signature. Then you won't have to type it in every message.

.... And your post is a duplicate of the one you started yesterday on the same subject. Keep your theme threaded so others can follow and learn later. Plus all the helpful responses will be in one place for you.

Here are some pictures of one of my spare pumps to help you locate the ones that are still hiding from you.

In terms of bolts, the diagram below (not my work) may help - shows Short and Long bolts, including one, indicated with an arrow, that is installed with the belt cover. So, 13 bolts + that one already removed with the cover.
The pump can be quite stuck to the locator pins. Often the new replacement water pump, such as Laso, is so tight on the pins, installers may pound it on rather than slightly ream out the pin holes to make it slip on more easily. That and if the gasket is coated with goop on both sides (factory install is dry) can make removal require some extra effort. There are a few pry/mallet points, the main one on the top right side where you should be able to get it started and work it off, being careful not to pry against the water pump to block mating surface.

Mine was also stuck on, prior to my ownership someone decided a gasket wasn't needed and gooped the pump on. I got if off by inserting lots of thin spatulas and creating a thin gap over the top half, yanked on it and that was it. Not saying this is the correct way, just this worked for me and no damage to block.

For the 87 it is 13 bolts ( 5 short and 8 slightly longer) NOT including the 14th one that goes thru the cover ( the hole just to the right of the red marker).
Make sure to count the bolts, not the holes!
