I know this is an old thread but I found this and mimic the design and 3D printed it. Wanna share it for anyone needing this. Certainly fixed my speaker just flopping around in there. FYI for anyone else finding this thread - this file is great but it does not fit the Earthquake SWS drivers as-is. Their baskets are wider than those Pioneers pictured above. The opening needs to be widened. I am going to just use a Dremel (I ordered the mounts - very inexpensive to get printed in ABS from Craftcloud 3d) but anyone with CAD software could make the adjustment easily I'm sure. Regardless, thank you @dukenukemx for your contribution!

I thought it would be one size fits all but glad to see a Dremel fixed it.
