Default UPDATE

We're off to a great start on this group buy! If all keeps moving along, I believe we'll have no problem lighting this up. Thanks for the support!

Jim, will these be available on an ongoing basis? I realize pricing may change, but I will definitely want one of these in a few months.

Yes they will! They'll be listed on my website as "special order"... and when I get enough orders, I'll make it happen (similar to this group buy).

Thanks!

Default Update: ready to go!

Looks like we have enough orders to move forward.

Still have a couple payments coming in, so I will keep the this open thru Sunday, 7-21-13. So you still have time to get in.

Following that, I will get everything ordered. Will give update on shipping ETA at a later date.

Thanks for all your support on this group buy!

I need to extend the group buy thru the end of this week.

I'll move forward with this one way or the other, but it would be great to pick up a couple more orders.

Thanks!

Jim ... I've been interested all along, but halon has been banned here in Australia (ozone depleting) since 1995, and it's illegal to sell or import halon extinguishers. The only models, including safecraft, that I've been able to track down are dry powder or CO2, and most have a diameter of about 3.25".

I'd go with a bracket and quick release if there's one that's a bit larger to accommodate the extinguisher I'd have to get. Those Halon extinguishers look good ... I'd rather deplete the ozone layer with halon than ozone depleting chemicals from a fire . Pity I can't smuggle one across the borders.

Is a larger quick release available?

Dave, I read you. Checked w/Safecraft and they haven't rings that size.

However, they suggested contacting them about finding something that could work for you. Steve is out the rest of this week, but I could PM you his email.

Thanks Jim ... I'm in for a bracket (and a quick release) if I can just find a ring that'll suit. I've not been having a great deal of success with Safecraft or anyone else over here, trying to find a solution, so would appreciate Steves email.

That setup, with a black PB2, in the GTS would be the bees knees.
