Just over 130 and puling like a freight ... in my 968 years ago. I was doing right around 120 in the GTS at 3rd Coast a couple years back when Tony C. blew past me like I was standing still ;-)
Still need to do some more wheel balancing and such for it to be really comfortable above that range. And of course, very few places where it feels safe to really open her up ...

Driving my brand new '87 S4 on the autobahn in January, ambient temperature around 20 deg F. Got up to 135 mph indicated. Car felt strong and not light at all. Didn't even seem scarry. Could have driven that way all day.

Twice 135 MPH.....
Twice hit 135 mph between north California and west Texas and no tickets at all, until I did 85 in a 80 stretch of road. That was stupid, came close of telling trooper why he didn't give me one when I did 135. Guy was being an ***........

Four of us hit around 130 mph coming home Sunday from Third Coast. That's the fastest I've been in the 928. Have done close to 150 in the 911, near 120 in the Cayenne.

As fast as it would go before I had to apply the brakes for an upcoming corner on many racetracks - probably thousands of times. The speeds (generally between 110 and 140) are not the fun part. The FUN part is in the braking, getting around the corner, staying on the track, then accelerating as fast as possible toward the next hard braking zone. That's why I call it 'erratic' driving!!
Only place to do this safely is a track in the USA/Canada. If you haven't done it, give it a whirl.

Amen Gary! Like Gary I have done 135 on tracks (front straight at TWS) lap after lap... LOL!
I also drove my '92 GTS on the A95 between Austria and Munich at 165mph for a bit...I was regularly above 140mph on that trip. Amazing how fast the fuel gauge goes down above 135mph!
