Carl you were not reluctant to adapt my Bilsteins to your Hypercoil kit. You assured me that your kit works with Bilsteins which I did not purchased from you. I spoke to you before purchasing and the reason I consider your kit is you assured me they are fully height adjustable. You mentioned Bilsteins spec I don’t believe Bilsteins put threads in the shock body and not utilizing them for ride height adjustments. All I’m looking for is as promised that I can adjust my suspension. If you have the Bilsteins and spacer I don’t understand why you can’t make the proper adjustment in the inside diameter of the spacer. Your recommended solution of shorten the spacers is a bad idea. If supply me with a shorter spacer then I will lose the option to raise the car to higher setting. Please send me a spacer with the proper inside diameter opening.

It's clear to me the customer and vendor are in communication with each other, I see no need to play this out on the forum.
