I finally installed the b-piller speaker kit I ordered from Hans and took a few pics. so here they are.

The install is pretty straight forward. The only thing you're going to need is some small sheetmetal screws to mount the speakers to the adaters. And then you need longer screws to mount the adapter ring to the speaker cover. The original screws are to short for this purpose.

Tony, I can't speak as to the sound quality yet. The P/O had done a lousy job on what he thought was an upgrade. Wiring was hacked a bit. So I'm still in the process of installing the new system. I promised Hans I would post pics so that was the first phase. I should have the rest of the system installed in a couple weeks. Provided nothing else pops up.

Bilal, I believe these only work for S3 and earlier.

Interesting interior you have- did it come like that?

That's the way I bought it. Judging by the service history I'm the fourth owner. No receipts showing changes to the interior. I'm assuming it's original.

What is your interior colour? It does look unusual in these pics. The black center console box is also not typical with a lighter colour interior.

It's not actually black. It's like a dark brown. It match's the color in the door cards. I'll try and post pics later. Now it's time for yard work. :'(
