I would definitely consider a cruise to the Bay area. How much are you asking for the gear box? Thank you.

I'd really like to see if its worth it to get up there for the body parts. How many miles... /12 miles per gallon.... *4.50 a gallon

I am heading up to Alameda this Saturday. If any SoCal people want parts from the OP and they will fit in my MB 190D, I am happy to bring them back down to LA.

Here is what I have left from the 928, with prices and some new pics below. Discounts on purchase of multiple items. PM me if you are interested in anything.

Pair of doors - $100 each
Pair of fenders - $50 each
Front & rear bumper covers - $50 each
Battery box (rust free) - $40
Torque tube - $100
Lower bellhousing - $50
Clutch assembly w/flywheel and pilot shaft - $100
Clutch/brake pedal assembly - $50
Firewall master cylinder mounting cutout - $25
Clutch master & slave cylinders - $25

I want the clutch assembly w pressure plate / intermediate plate / Intermediate splined shaft, Jesse.
Low miles / not grooved surfaces --- right?

Please PM how / where you want payment for items.

I'll of course also pay for wrapping / shipping costs. Am thinking a roll of duct tape or two (a layer of tape on each flat wear surface for protection, and a few newspapers or bub wrap, a couple sturdy cardboard boxes that can be also tape-reinforced? UPS if we need to, other ideas welcome.

Thank you for keeping the car parts this long.
