Default Cleaning Electrical Grounds on an S4

Just checking to see if this 87 grounding point diagram is accurate for a 90S4 or a 91GT.
Clean the connection, torque it down and then smear dielectric grease on it. Anything else?
TIA

Yes, 'cept there's no parcel shelf, and no wing-nut on the battery ground strap.

Do GP XI & GPVIII exist on late model S4 & GTS cars ? - I don't recall them on my car...

All the others yes, and don't forget the ground strap - if its original I'd just replace it.

MP X is located on the ABS pump. To access it, remove the DS fender inner liner and the access cover into the front of the fender area where the DS headlight resides. The ground is under the protective cover for the ABS pump.
MP IV is best accessed by removing the knee bolster under the steering column, then locking the column in max up position.

Alan,

MP XI is present on my 1990 S4. It is the passenger side ABS/brake pad sensor/RDK harness shielding wire ground point. MP VIII is also present on my 1990 IIRC.

XIII and IX are under/behind the MAF. The ground wires originate from the injection harness. They are under a pair of 13mm bolts that bolt the throttle cable assembly and crank position sensor connectors to the block.

Is MPXI under the car?

I've always used Stabilant on the ground, ring terminal, bolt and washer. Then a coating of CorrosionX or CorrosionX-HD (for bolts that may get exposed to the elements) over the assembled ground connection. Dielectric grease is an insulator, so it can do weird things if it gets in between stuff.
