Yesterday night i tested the fans circuit again. ..i strongly believe the control unit has a lot of problems, so i bought a used one for 50 euros.
In the meanwhile i will start to change internal components, condenser, transistors and chips. ...will tell you what happens with this broken unit. ...

I removed the fans control unit , opened,changed 4 condensers, 3 operational microchips, a lot of diodes....It seems I did enough to fix the control unit, now they don't run at full speed every time...
with A/C on fans starts again....job done.
Anyway I bought a used /working unit, I repaired this one, but I don't think I am good enough to hope this fix will last forever....

found also early technology BD942 and bd 948 ,not common stuff at least here in Italy... tonight I will swap them and I will have a like-new board....

I noticed that after I overhauled the fans unit, fans starts as soon as I hear the Click of fans relay and change speed faster than before...
