Great, I will keep that in mind for a place to park. I may get out of my need to go to Michigan yet. It would be great to just cruise the 928 out for the weekeng instead of making a busines trip out of it.

As with most 928 meetings bringing your 928 is optional - it is about the people as well as the cars.

So what is plan of action for Saturday morning? Are we meeting at the shooting club at 10? Is anything going on before that at Jeff's place? i'll be driving in that morning and can get there at anytime! Only about a 60 minute drive for me...

btw, i did not click on the t-shirt radio button above as i already gave a size earlier. I didn't want you to get too many... or should I add it to the running total at the top of the thread? is that the "official" order form?

Have a room at the holiday inn, and we are taking the jet ferry across lake Michigan to Milwaukee.

Victor, maybe the Captain will let you do a little "tuning" on the jet ferry. I am sure he is always looking for a few more knots.

Jeff-

Man, I've been really out of it lately. Totally spaced this off. But I guess that is what happens when you move into a new house, try to rent out the old house and wedge almost a week in southern California. Gonna be hard for me to make this, but I'll try to show up on Saturday. The wife is out of town and would need to find a place to dump the boys. But I'm thinking of running an angle where I can stop in the QC and give them to grandma. The plus to this is the father-in-law is a big gun and car guy, so maybe I can convince him to come along. Probably wouldn't be for very long, just a few hours. But I'd really hate to miss out on meeting all the local (and not so local) 928 guys.

Really wish I had found the time to replace my fuel lines. The more I read about it, the more nervous I get pushing it without having those fixed. I got my kit to do it from Roger last fall.

So with that said, I'm a definite maybe and sorry for missing the July 1 deadline. Don't worry about the shirt or food or anything on me.

-Bill
