Jeff-
Man, I've been really out of it lately. Totally spaced this off. But I guess that is what happens when you move into a new house, try to rent out the old house and wedge almost a week in southern California. Gonna be hard for me to make this, but I'll try to show up on Saturday. The wife is out of town and would need to find a place to dump the boys. But I'm thinking of running an angle where I can stop in the QC and give them to grandma. The plus to this is the father-in-law is a big gun and car guy, so maybe I can convince him to come along. Probably wouldn't be for very long, just a few hours. But I'd really hate to miss out on meeting all the local (and not so local) 928 guys.
Really wish I had found the time to replace my fuel lines. The more I read about it, the more nervous I get pushing it without having those fixed. I got my kit to do it from Roger last fall.
So with that said, I'm a definite maybe and sorry for missing the July 1 deadline. Don't worry about the shirt or food or anything on me.

Got to theHoliday Inn Expressbout 12:30, rooms not ready so we're off to find lunch, then back to wait in the hotel lobby. Good trip, except Roger got a ticket 25 miles from the hotel. :-(

This is a great venue. We should triple attendance after pics go up for next year. Great time, great food, great cars and great people to drive with and scenery is spectacular. Jeff has knocked this one out of the ballpark. Thanks to Roger for the door prizes. We are so lucky to have him in our community.

Thanks so much for everyone coming. I can't explain how great it was to have all of you come down. I will plan on the same weekend next summer and book the hall already. Please tell everyone you know with a Shark to plan on it.
I have learned a lot hosting an event and can appreciate having a commercial kitchen at my disposal!!!!
Many thanks to our sponsors, 928srus and the 928OC. Without it I would have taken a GIANT hit to my wallet. Roger and Jim's tech session on the PSD was pretty darn cool. Never knew how versitile the Hammer was until seeing it in action. Glad to know my car has zero faults with 138,000 on the clock. Everything works!!!
Thanks to Rob and Victor for the Supercharger demonstrations. I am convinced stage one is for me. I'll be keeping in touch with you Victor for my winter project (if you could dig up the water intercooler information or say an electric air pump option for an intercooler that would be great cause I don't have an airpump.)
Larry's white 928 with 97,000 on the clock and a pristine leather interior was astounding. Rich's 928 from Chicago with the sweetest exhaust note I have ever heard. Steve's show winning 91 GT, Rich's yellow slingshot that sounds like a turbine when you are behind it from the giant turbo's spooling up and down, Kyle's newbie 928 world and your willingness to jump in and learn, Roger's GTS with 315's on the back, Rob's supercharged car. . . .where to I stop?
Roger and Jim win for the farthest distance driven from Dallas was along the lines of 960 miles! Victor for coming despite the ferry kicking him in the head and saying drive around. Rich breaks his windshield thanks to Illinois and their genius iPass mount (I'll do everything I can to preserve mine and get it to you at Sharks in St. Charles)
I hope to get lots of pictures from everyone as I didn't take any due to being the proverbial chicken with no head at times.
If you are a shooter again thanks to you guys for sharing the shooting trap, the tommy gun and pistols. It's nice to have a safe, regulated area where we can enjoy this!
On another note, and I'll put this at the first post too, we have T-Shirst left. L and XL. If anyone wants to purchase one, I think I have $20 in them so $20 plus say a $5.15 priority mail box will get you one should you want one.
