I make a replacement pressure line that runs from the fuel line on the right side of the engine compartment to the front damper, which "blends" in pretty darn well....but I can also weld a fitting onto that stock metal line and have it re-plated. There is then a very short hose that replaces the short piece of plastic line, at the very end of this metal pipe. I do this for the "Concourse" later model cars.

The rear fuel line that runs from the rear damper to the regulator doesn't ever show. I make a line for that out of "bullet proof" stuff. That hose is originally plastic and is now "brittle" plastic. The rubber hose that runs from the fuel pressure regulator to that strange adaptor that is bolted to the rear of the block can be replaced with the above mentioned N020 281 1 and two hose clamps (just like it was originally.....I'm hoping that someone has already changed this rubber) I then make a replacement hose that runs from that strange adaptor to the fuel cooler (which was also plastic hose originally and is also now "brittle" plastic.)
thanks Greg !

Good one Nicole

Well hoping the new owner reads this post, my cars are "custom" so doesn't matter, heck LED illuminated hose would b cool w/ me :P

Yes, I do.

Why is the horseshoe shaped hose shaped that way? Just curious.

To allow for expansion and contraction of the heads - rigid would possibly crack.
