Question Current flow diagram for 928 with manual AC?

Hi!

I have a European/German 928 -82 with a manual AC system. Does anybody know where I can find a wire diagram for this variant? I have a nice current flow diagram for US 928 with automatic air condition system, but I need to fix my manual system...

I have found out that the option number for this equipment was "M573". Automatic was "M563". (If this is a help..?)

Thanx in advance!

/Mange, Sweden

I am looking at my Euro 928 wiring diagrams. The MY82 has two sheets for "optional automatic A/C". But nothing for a manual A/C

Looking back to MY 81 there is a single sheet "Heating/ventilation/AC and this does appear to be a simpler system to the MY 82 version. There is no device on the sheet that shows a "temperature control lever" as on MY82, so a guess the two levers on your car just control hot and cold air respectively ?

I can copy the MY 81 sheet for you tommorrow if it will be useful ? I can send it to this thread or email it to you if you send me an email address.

I've never heard of the 'automatic AC' system as described in the owner's manual page shown in the first post.

Don't all 928s have a separate AC power button?

If you have a sensor on the center console you have automatic AC or "Climate Control".
The system senses the inside and outside temperature and adjusts the cabin temperature accordingly.

As most US cars had the climate control you may need to look at 78/79 current flow diagrams to see the manual system.
Email me at roger@928srus.com and I can send you the early version.

OK, I'll send it again. Perhaps your mail handler didn't like the file extension ? Check your antispam ?

I didn't gert any messages saying it vcouldn't be delivered. Will resend in about 1/2 hour.
