Don you need to include the cam caps with the heads! They are numbered and specific to each journal.

Thanks, didn't realized they were a matched set. I should have them all, so I'll dig them out and update the description.

If they don't sell this go round snap pictures with them installed for future ads. I know if I was looking for a pair of heads and saw them missing in the photo's I don't think I would look or read any further.

I don't know the answer to that one. I assume there are some measurements or observations that could tell you if they were milled and how much, but not something I know much about.

I did talk to the shop a year or so ago but they didn't mention any milling.

WSM and tech spec books has info on how much heads can be machined, how to measure how much material is still left etc.

Its going to be high. No other changes that I can see are needed, except 93 octane may not even do it. Well, maybe, but one would want to watch carefully.

Don, since the heads were cut you should also list the new measurement,
its in the WSM how to take this measurement,
and since they have been cut new markings should also be applied to the heads .
If the cut is more than a certain amount then the the thicker HGs should be used.
part of the reason for this is to make it possible for the water bridge to be able to fit properly to the heads.

As previously pointed out the cam caps also need to be with the heads,
or they are pretty much door stops .
adding the lifters and cams would probably sell these heads pretty fast

The used lifters should be matched to each of their own cam lobes. Your not supposed to mix them. The lifters are scrap unless you kept the order of the lifters when you took them off.

Stan,

I don't have any information that the heads were milled and don't have calipers big enough to measure as shown in the WSM. Are you seeing something in the pictures that tells you they were milled?
