Is anyone willing to test my L-Jets fuel injection computers in their car. I have 2 l-jets that I need someone with a running 82-84 928 to test so that I can eliminate this issue as my no start problem. 1st is the original that was in the car at purchase and the the 2nd was a unit I purchased off ebay that is supposed to be fine though it didnot start the car. Though I had a local person to test them but that did not happen. Of course I will pay for the shipping back to me after you test them. Car has been down for 2 seasons and I am determined to get it back on the road this spring.

I would be willing to give it a shot. How hard is it to swap brains? I have never fully disconnected one...

 

Tony, I feel awful. My car stopped running months ago. That is why I haven't been there to help. I can't confirm that the one you have is working, nor can I say with real certainty that mine is either until I get it running again. As soon as I do, I will be there. Sorry my friend.

Make sure you have the correct fuel injection relay (its special!),

and install a new green wire, make sure that your timing is set as per the manual when you replace it.
