Default mystery bracket

I found this bracket in my parts box
and don't remember where it goes.
I'm sure someone here can help me.
It's off a 86.
Hope the pics are good enough.

That bracket bolts on the back of the right head and holds the engine wiring harness with a cable clamp.

Needs to be replated gold, BTW.

And the longer of the two 6mm bolts is coming in, from the wrong direction.

Looks like the front spark plug wire tie down for two of the four wires that cross the front, attaches to thermostat on an 85/86 to me.

Very similar to the one on the front, but the one on front is a little wider.
