16 X 7 ET 65 forged Fuchs 8.4 kg.

16 x 8 ET 52.5 forged Fuchs 9.1 kg.

That is pretty light for the strength of the wheel. My Cup 2's are 9/10.15 kg front/rear and they are considered light.

I'd like to know where you got that information from. Also, I don't have specific measurements, but the arm scale says the phonedials are lighter :P So are the rims on my 924, but they are only 14s. The manholes on the 931 feel especially heavy - Are they the same as on OB 928s?

Nope different bolt pattern for one...phone dials are low pressure cast rims and not very strong .... compared to forged S wheels ...

Now why didn't I think of that. My 9.5" wide phone dials would look awesome on my 86 Scirocco.
...then again, maybe a bit wide. Someday I'll find a use for these wheels LOL

I recently burned through a set of rear tires on my Cup I's and put a set of polished S4 wheels on the car (had decent tires already). I am liking the period look and the extra sidewall on the crappy LA streets.

They would look good on VW's except for the Porsche center caps, then it looks tacky and ridiculous

I think the low profile tires help the look of the rims, but that would not work on a 928.

I have a couple sets of dish wheels laying around. I use one set for my winter tires, then swap back to my 19`s and summer tires in the spring. I have to admit the 16`s and winter tires sure are a smoother ride.
