A question for the Parts Guys and/or 928 Mechanics:

Intermediate Plate part #s per the PET - MY 79 thru 86:

84 - 86: 928 116 033 26
80 - 83: 928 116 033 22
Up - 79: 928 116 033 03

Is there an actual difference between the three? Or, can they be interchangeable?

they do not interchange....the 78-79 is not pin centered no dowel holes...

Thanks James... thats one down. Anybody know about the interchangability (how's that for a long word) of the 80-83 and 84-86? I'm looking at collecting up some GOOD used parts to rebuild my clutch and need to know if ONLY the 84-86 will work.

AFAIK only '84-86 works on '84-86 withput modifications. It can be also used in '80-83 but not other way around.
