That would be extremely helpful, thank you Greg. I studied the gears a bit yesterday. Everything is still installed in the case and does not rotate but I was able to study the wear on the gears in comparison to the photos from the other thread. I am still in the learning/observation phase.

I am glad that you stopped by and hope that you will keep us going in the right direction.

The actual gears seem to wear very little. Most of the issues are in the engaging/syncro area.

One step closer......I finally got a work space that will be climate controlled.

Yes but you do have an extra front end tie rod and lower ball joint (alloy carrier) so junk !

I have been working on a couple of these pictures in another program trying to label the gears, the hub, the shift sleeve...etc. It is a work in progress.
I think in the third picture you can see a portion of the synchro.
