Thanks Al. I love your mod. It would have looked better if I had the orig Pioneer AVIC D3 trim ring. I lost it when I moved and can't find a replacement.

First off, I need to make a big apology to Speedtoys for not sending him a kit in the promised timeframe! I'm sorry for the lack of progress! Now, I am going to make specific time for the 928 projects, and this Sunday will be my welding time to get these kits ready to ship. The 2 kits currently asked for will be the last of my field testing sets, and the remaining 4 sets will go out as normal production. Future kits will have updates/suggestions incorporated, based on the field testing feedback.

Yep, I'm back!! Still winding up the bigger outside projects on the house, but had some quality time on the 928 recently, and plans for more. Carolyn has been waiting for a long time to have a ride in it!

With my shifter design for the 5spds this will not be an issue.
I have been following various double DIN threads and this came up various times and I was always wondering because my stick shift doesn't even come close to the console.

Now I know why, because I have the Lizards928 shift mechanism!

Didn't make the connection.

OK, questions for the HVAC pros on here. What does the little lever at the RH side of the top/center louver control? And what does the microswitch it activates do?
