I have been looking for some dash vent inserts. the PO recovered my dash, and left out whatever inserts go into the vents up by the windshield. In looking for these vent inserts, I have noticed that the holes are not for 2 fairly large vent / insets, but rather there are 4 or more and they are smaller vents. is this supposed to be this way?

when I look at dash covers, and dashes, they all seem to just have the two vents up there. Searching ebay for inserts only brings up the ones sold in pairs that are larger also.

Below are pictures of my defroster vents (factory leather dash). These may be what you need. The last picture shows the part number. Try 928 International for used pieces.

yep, that must be it. Because it is recovered, it is difficult to tell if it was going to be one piece or a bunch of small ones. Thanks man.

yes, one piece for the left set of 3 holes, another for the right. Possibly different part numbers left vs. right - not sure - I only have the right one out on my car.

thanks. Im hoping I can find them on ebay. Things listed there tend to be a lot cheaper than even the best price retail internet retailers.
