No you need 928 105 530 04

Our test gears have now completed over 13500 miles on a supercharged car using a Racing Timing Belt with no wear.

So... what, if any, symptoms arise when the cam gear teeth start to wear???

Won't they eat into the belt causing the belt to break?

Roger,

Does that mean we'll see them next month? I'm down for a pair ASAP.

I suppose that makes sense, could they cause excessive belt vibration/flutter too?

Too bad 928MS doesn't make cam gears for 16v engines.

Where can you purchase the OEM porsche ones, I thought they were NLA?
My gears looked similar to these when we did my TB/WP job. I should have replaced them then, but didnt know any better. Replaced the original belt with the Gates Racing Belt and the Porkensioner - minus the air pump. No change in gear wear in 30K miles. I think the stock tensioner & lack of maintenance contributed to excessive belt flapping & was the primary culprit to early gear wear. Still, I'll be replacing my cam gears in 10K miles or so...

Roger, You got any of those fancy golden lookin' cam gears left for an 86.5???
