Hey Hilton. Did you ever do anything about converting the HVAC control head in your 928 to the unit from the Audi or the one from the 986/996?
Nope - electronics aren't my forte, so its only a route I'll be able to go if someone's documented it extremely thoroughly for the audi or porsche climate head.
Steve (svpmx83) has it working with the VW control head he wrote about in this thread, but I don't know whether the guts of the control units for the Audi or Porsche ones are the same as the VW unit he used:
