Is that seriously COP ignition?? What a build. Love your wiring harness tidyness, is that the stock harness? What is the red wrap? Firesleeve i assume?

yup, COP baby! i made the harness from scratch, mega squirt conversion etc. Firesleeve it is. love that stuff. its due to the COP and rails that i had to make the intake the way i did.

Very cool stuff... You should see this engine up close & personal... Had to wipe it off after I slobbered all over it The rest of the car is just as impressive!!

anyone have the stock air dam/inlets they done need? or i can use to take measurement of? i seem to have lost mine in the move..
Sorry, I missed this part. I've got a spare top piece that goes over the radiator if you want to use it for measurements (one of the stock 'cones' is missing, I used it for the setup of my CAI). I'd like it back when you're done, but you're welcome to use it for measurements.

Let me know if you still want it and I'll send it along...
(I also sent you an e-mail about the other stuff)

Duc's build isn't actually COP, it's CNP. Very different.
My car is running COP using cayenne COP's.

That looks super nice, I wonder which method will have a better flow or denser charge. single filter like yours or a dual filter setup on each side of the engine like the CIS system ?

sigh..... Phase II sucked

after tacking, the right side lifted up during welding so it smacks the hood. should have used mild steel. the stainless had some wicked "sugar" on the inside of the box.....

it will work for now so i can get the car tuned. but at this point im even thinking of using clay, make a damn mold, and try my hand at CF or FG laying.... metal is pissing me off.

Fiberglass or plastic would be my choice, and I think you should extend it over the radiator so you don't get the heat rising off of that.

Let me know if you want to use the stock top half of the fan shroud/intake openings to mock something up.

Sheet metal too thin? If it'll work for tuning then its a success You can worry about tweakin' it later. Lets get this beast on the ROAD!!!!
