There are kits for the meth set up but I'll be moving the MAF forward so I have a bit more cooling space for the meth. If the plan goes as I'd want it to I'll move the MAF, just aft of the BOV, followed by a spray nipple a few inches behind that. Once it hits 5lb boost or more it will trigger a spray and that should give way more cooling than I really need. Having a 40 gal container of meth helps keep the costs down.
What I've not decided on is if I'm going to use the windshield tank as the meth tank or go a 1 gal in the fender. Either way I think it's going to be cool (cold)

Sean, I have a feeling I am running a little rich. Do you have any suggestions on what I should be running for plugs with my setup. We will be sharktuning a little more soon but I know my plugs should be changed and I remember you did play around with some different types.

I put in colder plugs. I will be going to a smaller pulley and adding IC soon. Not sure if I am going to go to 70 or 75mm. I am leaning towards going with the smaller pulley and just taking it easy. I will likely update the clutch when it finally goes but hopefully that will be a few years down the road. Right now I am pretty easy on the car and mostly use the boost at low levels in the rpm range. The smaller pulley will give me even more kick down low by bringing on more boost sooner. For the IC I am going to insulate the bottom with a product called Lava mat. They claim it protects from temps up to 1400F. It should add more safety in keeping the IC protected from some engine heat.

Don't say I didn't warn you haha ... when you drop the hammer in second, if the tires don't smoke, your clutch might
I'm bringing the electronic boost & fuel pressure gauges, plus the accelerometer to do some data logging with the Sharktuner and see how many G's we can pull.

If you are limiting the amount of boost you are running by using your throttle pedal, you may find your engine will not last too long. If you are under boost but are not activating the WOT switch, the O2 loop will be enabled and the AFR will be kept at 14.7:1. This is not a good place to be when on boost...

Dan makes a great point! Sonds like we have to go WFO
Actually depending on the size of the block, we should still be fine. The map is setup to be mid 12's in that load range, plus the acceleration variable. But I like his logic best

I am always assuming that when I am at about 4K on the tack I am running about 3 or 4lbs of boost for a pretty safe level. After everything is done maybe I do need to hammer it a little more. New clutch might be coming sooner than I think.

Decided to go with the 70mm pulley. The car pulls nice. Breaking the big 295's loose at 45mph is just to easy. Victor got everything dialed in with the sharktuner and he thinks everthing looks good. I have been running a little rich, we will be putting on the wideband tommorow. Here are a few pics of the IC with the heat shield. The lava heat shield is some very good stuff.

Victor, when I had my 85 I put a pressure switch on the WOT circuit to the LH. When I was above 1 psi the switch grounded the circuit and put the LH into open loop. Very easy to do and makes the part throttle drivability much better. On the 85 it was the white wire with the red stripe in the LH harness, not sure if the S4 is the same. I added it using one of those blue "add a circuit" connectors so I didn't have to cut any wires.

We ran into a little hickup today while tuning. The extra boost found the weakest link and blew a vaccum hose under the intake. Everthing is sealed up nice now but Victor needed to retune after we fixed the air leak. The car pushes like a freaken rocket. I can't tell you how many thanks I owe to Victor for driving a lot of miles to help me get the Stage 2 setup in.

THE GODS OF POWER SHINE UPON THE MIGHTY 928
Thought I would share this picture from last weekend as we were upgrading Robs Hot rod to a stage 2.
Somehow the light was reflecting just right off the hood or something to give the effect of being blessed by the Gods of Power
