two big wrenches, one on the pipe nut, one on the adaptor , placed so that you squeeze them together to loosen, preferably without the one on the adaptor NOT moving, should do it. Access can be tough sometimes.

OP: Where is the car? I have the correct wrenches if you happen to be in the Los Angeles area.

Position them so that squeezing them together will undo the nut on the oil cooler line.
If you want to be careful, or they're really not moving, you can then use a spring compressor stuck through the ring on the end of each wrench to apply a lot of force in a controlled manner.

yeah i've tried the 2 big wrenches it as far as i got but its not moving and i was worried i'd be putting force in at an angle and breaking the connection/threads/etc.
the spring compressor idea sounds like a plan thats worth a go it would allow more force with control. failing that cutting and trying once its all out and on a bench seems like the only other option.

put some anti seize on the threads and the back side of the fitting that the collar nuts spin on for next time.
For now use some PB blaster on the connection,
if you try cutting you usually will cut into the sealing fitting and possibly holing it

You need a 27mm and 32mm wrench.
Position them so that squeezing them together will undo the nut on the oil cooler line.
