After missing the last two Third Coast gatherings Cheryl and I were able to renew some old friendships at this years' gtg. We were reminded of what a uniquely friendly and decent crowd this gathering attracts. Truly unique.
Every year the same players step forward to make this event possible. Laura, Mike and Chuck stand out as always. I'm not sure who else is due our thanks but I'm sure there are many. Thanks again to 928's R Us for sponsoring the event. That's great but I believe Roger deserves more credit for creating the synergy that keeps this crowd reconnecting year after year.
I wish I could share all the laughs and highlights of the gathering but I really don't want to be banned again. All I will say is, Chuck, you my moon man brother. Maybe someone will remind you of the meaning behind that because you were way too bombed to probably remember. And if you do remember, well, you're scarred for life.
On the same note, Eric, I hope the prints come out of the passenger window. If not, you will always have the pleasure of thinking of me as an ******* in more ways than one.![Stick Out Tongue](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/tongue.gif)

Randy, I really enjoyed dinner with you and Cheryl Friday night! Wish I could have stayed longer alas my world started to tilt badly about 15 min before we all headed out of the restaurant! UGH! I hate Menier's disease!
I know it was the perfect night for the parking lot party!
Roger, Laura, Chuck and crew, thanks for hosting this every year! What an awesome gathering of beautiful cars! Sorry I couldn't make more of it this year!

Thanks to everyone for making Michelle's and My first 3rd Coast event simply outstanding. We had a great time, made many new friends, and learned tons about our new obsession. Can't wait for next year.

Hmmm... No idea at all why I am so excited here though in the one below maybe was thinking this would overcome the mass quantities of beer consumed the night before?

Another very successful 3rd Coast event! We had 38 928's plus a 968, 911 Turbo and one truck towing a camper. 54 people if my count is correct. This event gets bigger and better every year. Malcome came in from Canada, Steve from Minnesota, aeroman from Arkansas, Jarrod from Oklahoma and a whole bunch of Texans! (Hope I'm not leaving anyone out.)

If you weren't in Marble Falls this weekend, you missed it!
Great weather, great times, great cars a few frosty malted beverages and lots of friendly folk.
Kudos to Roger, Laura, Chuck, Jim and all the team that makes this a great trip.

Thanks Roger, Zane, Laura, Killa and anyone else who busted their a$$ to bring us another great GTG. Rogers' hamburger cooking skills are a cut above. Weather was great and so many nice folks showed and had a great time.
Next up, Spring Fling......!
Met some new faces but old names here. Malcolm, you are now an adopted Texan. It was great to meet you and chat for awhile. Take care.
P.S. a big thanks to 928sRus for the prizes and a great goodie bag!

Drove the furthest: Steve from Minnesota. Traveled the furthest: Malcolm from Southern Alberta, Canada. Worked the hardest on his car: Brent from Kansas. Great big thanks to all who make this a superb annual event. T
