I'm sorry but I doubt there is a low volume, mass-produced louver set for the car in question. This borders on opinion (sorry), but if it looked really good or served some purpose really well, that might not be the case. The particular example in the OP's picture is extremely ugly. The three examples in his later post look very nice. That said, I think he will have to go custom and have a very talented designer to get satisfactory results (for best esthetics). Good luck
Dave

Now I'm not defending my tastes... I have a soft spot for Cragers and metal-flake paint, but I'm not putting them on my 928.

However... a set of tasteful louvers I would definitely consider.

$hit, guys... we're all driving hatchbacks for Chrissake... c'mon.

I only THINK I might like the look. I'm not sure enough to pay for custom fab for it. Do you know if they could do a mock-up for a reasonable price? Um, what's a reasonable price for a mock up? If I could pick up something close for a couple of Franklins I would take the plunge even if it wasn't exactly right. Then I could justify springing for the right stuff if it looked right. The only thing I'm absolutely sure of at this point is that I am not going to be influenced by outside pressure.

Slap yourself for me. I'm not talking about the louvers. I'm talking about people trying to apply their taste to my art. Don't hurt yourself though, you can't help it.

I think if tastefully done, they would look nice....beats the hell out of window film, imho.....The hot texas sun has faded 2 cargo mats within a couple of months.... I know I could cover the mat with something, but would it look as nice as the mat? Probably not.....

I'm reminded of the fellow that had side pipes on his 928...I thought he did a nice job visually...........He was a brave (or misguided) dude.......

Did you happen to look at the link I posted? I think that may be the way to fly with some modification obviously. They would look even MORE close fitting than they do on the mustang just because of the "indent" on the hatch glass.

Just trying to help here.

Gator,
You knew you were asking something wrong or you wouldn't have given the warning not to post opinions. Maybe you should just get a unique haircut or a tattoo, if the "only thing [you're] absolutely sure of at this point is that [you are] not going to be influenced by outside pressure". I want you to enjoy your car, but it's hard for people to withhold comment on some ideas.
Good luck,
Dave

Yes, I did, and will be contacting them for dimensions of their current offerings.

I have wanted some these for a long time....

Thanks....

Uhh, what?
You can ask something "wrong" here? I wasn't aware of that. And now you take the liberty of giving me grooming advice? tattoos? I can easily deduce why you bought a 928.

Yes I did. I will follow that lead, since sadly it's the only one I've gotten from this pool of dedicated enthusiasts. Thank you very much. I will buy you a beer any time.
