No F'in way! Getting rid of it? I'd snap it up if I had the money, this car needs to go to someone who can continue with it.

Sounds like "done" as in Sterling is DONE with his 928 journey.

For sale ads must have a price listed.

WOW! That's all I can come up with, just wow! I would hope you are moving on to bigger, better, badder things but I can't think of any that could compare.

I'll give you two jet skis, a crusty 968, and a 99 GTI with 180k miles for it.

looks like after my last house cleaning I can't even edit my own posts after a period of time.

the 928 has not been touched in over a year...... I have a **** ton of money tied up in it... ( I put 3K ----5K retail -----worth of brakes on it last summer) I will never see again. To be honest it does nothing for me anymore..... next please.....

Not much of a for sale ad...

The nature of the posting and some previous history may lead some people to assume you are not terribly serious about selling. Given past history here on RL may lead to further assume you are seeking attention.

For instance, does the car run. Typically may go without saying... but given the history of this car, may be worth mentioning.

I applaud every bit of cutting edge stuff you post about, but thats some deep pocket stuff on these 928 engines. Consider getting 928 that you can just drive for cheap.

To satisfy automotive creativity, maybe think about getting into LSX engines and find some chassis/body that you think is worthy and get your fix that way. That's the path my neighbor and I are going down at least. We spent a day watching old metal camaros run at GingerMan's 1.9 mile road course. Every one of them had an LS engine and a modern suspension, some supercharged, what a riot. Hooked.
