My wiper washer pump isnt working. The headlight washer pump is working fine. I found two washer pumps. One under the hood behind the bumper and the other is beneath the coolant tanks. I checked the one underneath the coolant tank and it isnt working. I put a test light on the connections and found its getting juice. It looks like a nightmare to get to to remove and replace. Is there a third pump as well. When I push the button under the dash for the intense washer nothing happens either. Little confused. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Behind the bumper is your intensive pump.
The one below the coolant tank is the washer pump.
Headlight pump is on the bottom of your washer fluid tank in the fender.

Does it have the "Do It Yourself" manual transmission, or the superior "Fully Equipped by Porsche" Automatic Transmission?

Welcome to the forum!
I am not familiar with you specific model year, but I think there are three pumps, one for the windshield, one for the intensive washer, one for the headlights. There is one tank for the windshield and headlights, containing two pumps. The intensive washer has a separate tank and pump.
If the pump isn't working, it needs to be reconditioned or replaced. I believe the intensive washer only works when the wipers are on. Maybe test that.

The pump under the coolant tank is a PITA. Consider remounting it in a more accessible place. The base of the pump in its existing position is held in place by rubber mounts that squeeze through holes in the body exiting in the fender area. Pump is cheap to replace and I have seen it hung by a piece of wire from the washer filler neck. This enables you to use the existing wiring harness as well.

Yes, I am going to relocate it if I can get it removed. I can make an extension harness and locate it just about anywhere.I have to be able to remvove the old pump though.

Ok great I will take a look at that. I would like to meet the engineer that decided to mount the pump in that location! I would kick him in the knee!

I had the same issue with the main washer pump. Had a new one ready to go in. Before I started pulling the old out, I disconnected the wires at the pump and attached them in reverse order. The pump spun backwards and unjamed. Hooked it up correctly and it has been pumping fine since. Worth a try before pulling it out.

These pumps commonly clog with debris and rust off the shaft - the gears are brass in my experience. I found it relatively easy to remove by pushing the rubber nipplesback through the inner fender from under the wheel arch - use the end of some sort of round ended probe - 1/8" or maybe a bit smaller. Once the rubbers are disengaged you can move it so you can disconnect leads and pipes much easier. Once its out just unscrew the base plate and remove the gears, apply 12V to show the motor runs (or not), clean up and reassemble. New genuine VDO pumps can be had off ebay for ~$30.

There is another engineering marvel to address first.
The tank inlet has a couple of carbon steel nipples that need to be removed.
They are the source of the rust that clogs the system.
Forgive the intrusion, but here are some pictures, quite nasty.
