Nice car, for sure. Thanks, T, for the heads up. I'm thinking on it...would be a no brainer for me if it were a 5 speed... Barbara

I'm just looking for some first hand experience from somebody who has seen or knows this car. Not the seller. RL search for the VIN# shows nothing. The smoked side and tail lights should be easy mark.

Man, I hate it when they don't include a picture of the engine bay.

Taking a flier on a mystery GTS sounds like good wholesome fun! Now I wonder whatever happened to the 'Certificate of Destruction' car; that gentleman hasn't posted here in a while, has be?

Yes you did... one 928 is never enough.

Now edit your OP, close this thread down... before the chum spreads!

That was bought by Victor. Talked to him at OCIC he said he loves it and it pulls like a freight truck.
But needs a paint job as it gives complements to the cops.

"buy it now" disappeared after the bids... So, now you are stuck bidding against someone else, but anything less than $23k for a GTS has to be a win!

LOL reading my mind (and you made me lose about .25 oz of fat tire ale sir!

Makes me suspicious but if I could I would bid on this. Seems so cheap for a complete GTS .. Hope it goes to someone who has a passion for 928's

Only a 928 enthusiast would include engine pics.

Most other car types for sale don't usually include engine bay pics.

Bruce, When I spoke with the owner earlier today, I asked him to upload some engine bay pics and a list of maintenance that has been done as far back as he can get. T
