Mine sounds the same


After some research, I think torquing the front and rear pinch collar to 66 ft/lbs should solve your problem. I will test this myself tomorrow.

Dean it sounds like TT bearings, and the drive shaft looks to be too short,
do you have any idea how much area is clamped by the front flex plate clamp?

IE if you remove the front pinch bolt and then removed the 6 bolts holding the flex plate to the flywheel ,
and slid it back you could tell how much area is being clamped,
Mark the flex to flywheel before separating.
