I'm going to come by first thing in the morning. It's supposed to rain all day so I'll give whatever help I can on your car and on mine.

Just a reminder we'll gather in the parking lot near Captree Cove Restaurant and concession at Captree State Park from 8-11AM. The concession looks to be open at 6AM (lots of people fishing).

Please let me know if you are coming to the BBQ afterwards when you are there.

The admission cost is $8/car.

See everyone in the morning!

My cell phone number is 516-330-7987.

Michael

Captree State Park
3500 E Ocean Pkwy, Babylon, NY

For your GPS-but make sure it doesn't go to Ocean Ave.

Just go to end of Ocean Parkway or down the Sunken Meadow to Captree (if you pass it you'll end up on the Robert Moses and then just loop around).

Great to meet everyone! 8 people and 6 928s--not too shabby!

There is a PCA Event at Old Westbury on the 24th if there is interest in showing.

Nice to meet all of you guys. Looking forward to the next get together. Thanks for all the help and advice. And Ethan... Let me know how those pictures from the Fuji camera develop. Thanks Michael for putting this together. Very glad to see your car was ready in time.

Scott-

I just developed the film and I think it came out well. If I have time I'll fool around with it in my darkroom or else I'll scan it (much easier but not as much fun)

You are a 928 owner because if you still maintain a darkroom, you can handle a 928.

Michael, thanks for organizing this. Can't wait to see how your new shark looks after you get the compound on it.

Ethan, thanks for leading me back to Queens. It was definitely neat being able to drive with another shark on the road. Let me know if you do the wilbraham tech session this yr.

Awesome pics guys!! It was great meeting all of you and definitely look forward to seeing you all again at future events.

Looks much better on top, doors, rear, hatch and front bumpers. Need to cut the front fenders and hood with a wheel and some intense compound cut or else a respray will be in its future.

Scott-

Here's a scan of the shot of you and your sweet 928.

Ed-

Yea, that was great - it's a rare treat around here to have even a small caravan.

Michael -

Set up another sometime, and we should all try to get to Wilbraham next time around...

Thanks Ethan. That's one handsome 928 owner. Seriously though, thanks for taking the photos and posting them. I've been shopping at the Sound Deadener Showdown. That guy's got some great stuff. Look forward to seeing you at the next get together. When is the next Wilbraham event?
