Its a no brainer for $500.....jump all over it......you could part if out for a healthy profit...or make it run.... The white paint is single stage so its SUPER tough....you would be surprised how much better it could be with a proper polishing-wetsanding

Heck I take a shot at $500 easy. I'd even drop a grand just for fun. Are you kidding me on the paint that will buff right out I've seen alot worse that god it's not RED 
It's not that rare there happens to be alot of 928's that do not run!
