IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT from our Lovely SITM HOSTESS:

Jeannie sent the confirmation Emails last night for everyone that has registered to date. Please respond to the email from her ASAP!! (pretty please, it will reduce her stress and make my life better.:-)

IF you did not get an e-mail from her as of last night (be sure to check your spam folder)..it possibly means you haven't registered yet, or that the internet is not perfect, or your email has changed since you registered, etc...so PLEASE REGISTER at www.928sitm.com ASAP, thanks!

Anyone that has previously Registered and unfortunately had to change your plans (we will miss you), PLEASE take a moment to let Jeanne know by sending her an email at jeannie@928gt.com . Posting here that you are not coming doesn't help her since she can't put RL usernames to real names.

Registration is free as it has always been, but since we always provide Custom Name Badges and SITM Swag Bags to those that register.. it really helps reduce wasted time/cost of making those things for those that register and then for what ever reason do no not attend.

Sorry you can't make it!!

Seems to be an "off year" for a few, but happily and "on year" for some who have been wanting to make it for years..plus as usual a lot new people too.

Our registration numbers are slightly higher at the moment, and it seems we have basically the whole hotel as usual...it appears it going to be another great SITM!!

One of these years maybe everyone's schedules will create the perfect storm and we will hit 200 928s...hey, an ole guy can dream right!!

Personally if I can make it to the 20th SITM I will be elated..that one will be a party to remember!!

Hey, plan ahead, date will be June, 2-4 2017!! :-)

justfound out yesterday that i will have to have surgery next week and will not be able to make it. I will be cancelling my reservation and emailing your lovely wife to let her know... so a room is open at the best western.

Looks like there will be many new faces, and sadly several old faces not present. And sadly several old faces present, too.

Any whiskey/bourbon drinkers here? Last year it was wine, but Robert808 is out and I don't recall too many others being into the vino. Bring your favorite for the parking lot madness; I'll bring a few different ones to share.

Sorry to hear about your surgery and that you will miss SITM. I do hope the surgery is nothing too serious (no surgery is "not serious"). Jeannie and I send our best wishes to you for a healthy and speedy recovery!

I can relate a little bit, I have been trying to deal with and put off a needed surgery myself until after SITM due to a long healing process. Oh and yeah, because I am a big chicken about such things...and what better excuse for me than SITM to delay! Luckily mine is not that serious or life-threatening and again I hope your surgery isn't either.

We will miss you and we hope to see you at SITM next year, if not before.

Hey, I resemble that remark about "old faces"...no fair!! :-)

But I have to partly disagree, yes it sad to miss seeing some of the "old faces"...BUT, I can't think of ANY "old faces" I am ever sad to see...oh, well except the one in the mirror..LOL :-)

Not sure about whiskey/bourbon....but I know there are a LOT of Vodka drinkers....oh, and some "shine" drinkers too.. Ha, ha!

Just confirmed my reservation from last year and added the Thursday night as well. Planning to take the boys horseback riding and check out Tweetsie RR.

Hvac you wouldn't be the first to tow his shark to SITM. There was one last year that showed up on a trailer.

I rarely see any evidence of beer drinkers....seems to be pretty rare.. :-)
