It's costing my insurance company about 8k last time I checked.

Looks good but where are the holes for the hood badge?

This is such a good thread to follow, especially after the first 'I heading out for a drive + pics, anyone interested' post.

Why didn't they take out all the windshield trim? Considering all the other work they did you would think that would be a given.

That color looks great, glad you kept it stock!

Well considering they probably would have painted the car with all the trim in if had not forced them to remove it, it's not bad. If I had known this was going to be such a struggle I would have stripped the car myself.

Sweet! Now here is a visual helper, I mentioned aero mirrors in my first post, I might even add window tinting (never really cared too much for it), BUT this is my pick for best looking 928 I have seen posted on RL; (don't know who owns it (might be DN's ex car), and I would go with the other version of the turbo twist wheels, minor change)

You insurance paid $8k for a repaint? Wow! What did they use for the car's value? I would have expected it to be declared a total loss at $8k.

Anyway, it looks very sharp! I thought you might be going flat at first, before they shot the gloss. It's a little too trendy, but that color flat does look good in your pictures.

They valued it at 15k based on the info of local cars for sale that I gave them. The adjuster was just happy that I made it easy for him. plus I sourced all the parts as well.
