My parts car, an '86.5 had those seats and they are amazingly confortable. I have the driver seat in my '85 now and they are much better than the all leather ones.

We all have hoped that the 928's value would appreciate and make our projects have more value than half our present investment. Maybe this is the beginning of the turn around. I would love to have the value of my ride at least equal to my investment. We should want this and other examples to sell for lots of cash. The problem is that they made too many of them.

Also that mileage is not unusual arround here since most are only driven 6 months of the year. But as stated above the bolster wear is suspicious. As is the MTO mileage report.

No way it's worth anything close to that asking price.

I paid 2K for our 86. 73Kmi. One owner since 89.
It was parked in backlot at dealer, a customer car basically abandoned after dealear estimate to fix AC. Prices are all over the place. Cheaper is beter.

Where's the 928 value protection squad?!! I guess they only protect GTS's and select earlier models?

It looks like a nice example, but definitely overpriced for the mileage.

Sorry--the maid is off on the weekends and my fingers get so tired from using the keyboard myself. I’ll try and schedule a conference call with the other GTS owners and provide a collective response, but be advised, many are in the south of France this week to watch the monarch butterflies.

Seriously, 928 owners are our own worst enemies. We bitch when prices are low and high. Personally, I hope this guy gets every penny.
